How to select the high-quality lubricating oil?

  CE Grade lubricating oil shall be used to lubricate the diesel engine in case of low speed high load or high speed and high load; CD Grade and above lubricating oil shall be used to lubricate the turbo charged diesel; CF-4 is applicable to the diesel engine subject to high speed, heavy load and long cycle operation and the engine of motorway driving. It can prevent piston ring scuffing and oil thickening well; When the fuel sulphur content is less than 0.05%, the CG-4 diesel engine oil shall be chosen; The CH-4 diesel oil shall be chosen in case that the fuel injection pressure is high and the bimetallic piston engine at high temperature is operated; The CI-4 diesel oil shall be chosen for the engine equipped with "low temperature waste gas recirculation" system. 

  Compared to low-quality lubricating oil, the high-quality lubricating oil has better oxidation resistance and ability to purify and disperse. Furthermore, the valve mechanism wear protection, resistance to oil dirties, anti-filter clogging, lubricating oil consumption and low temperature pumping property are optimized. 

  Now, most diesel engine manufacturers suggest CD Grade engine oil, but it will lead to engine overhaul in advance because of China's national conditions, such as severe vehicle overload, poor road conditions and unstable sulfur content of diesel oil, so the high-quality engine oil shall be chosen.
